Sara Quiz Survey Challenge – TermConditions

By participating in the Sara Quiz Survey Challenge (“Challenge”), participants agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) as set forth by Stevenson Huréca Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).

1. Eligibility
 

  • This Challenge is open to practising Human Resource (HR) professionals and HR leaders currently employed by registered organisations in Singapore.

  • Participants must be 25 years of age or older and currently residing and working in Singapore.

  • Each organisation may submit a maximum of two (2) eligible participants, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

2. Participation

  • Participants must submit accurate and truthful information, including full name, organisation name, and preferably a valid company email address.

  • Only one (1) entry per individual is permitted.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity and employment status of participants to confirm eligibility.

3. Prizes

  • Each eligible and valid submission will receive a $10 e-gift voucher (Starbucks or NTUC).

  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • E-vouchers will be delivered via email within 14 working days of successful submission.

  • Entries deemed incomplete, false, or fraudulent will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

4. Limitations

  • Submissions exceeding two entries per organisation will be voided.

  • Bulk submissions, automated entries, or any form of spamming will be rejected.

  • Misconduct, manipulation, or misuse of the challenge platform will result in disqualification.

5. Data Privacy

  • All personal data collected will be managed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), Singapore.

  • Collected data will be used solely for purposes related to this Challenge and Stevenson Huréca’ s training and business development activities.

  • No personal data will be shared with third parties without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All quiz content, materials, and intellectual property related to this Challenge are the sole property of Stevenson Huréca.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of the content is strictly prohibited.

7. Amendments and Dispute Resolution

  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Challenge at any time without prior notice.

  • All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to the Challenge, including interpretation of these T&Cs and the resolution of any disputes, shall be final and binding.
