Adapting with Heart: Building Resilience Through People and Purpose

As we navigate 2025, business resilience is being redefined — not just by digital agility, but by how organisations lead with empathy, inclusivity, and purpose.

This year’s theme — "Adapting with Heart: Building Resilience Through People and Purpose" — focuses on actionable strategies to nurture inclusive cultures, embrace technological change, and retain top talent in an era increasingly shaped by Gen AI.

The session will dive deep into how organisations in Singapore reimagining work through the lens of diversity and resilience are. With a spotlight on Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and senior employees, our expert speakers will share case studies and frameworks that align with national priorities like the Enabling Masterplan 2030 and SkillsFuture for Seniors. Discover how inclusive hiring, adaptive roles, and age-friendly workplaces are driving innovation and loyalty.

We will also explore the human side of digital transformation — how to lead cultural change as Gen AI reshapes roles, skills, and workforce expectations. As organisations adapt to new technologies, CHROs play a critical role in balancing transformation with trust, ensuring that all employees — from digital natives to seasoned professionals — feel valued and equipped.

This thought leadership session is designed to provide HR leaders with meaningful insights, practical takeaways, and peer-driven dialogue. Let’s build a workforce that thrives through change.

Join us at IGNITE 2025 and lead the way in building a more resilient, inclusive, and purpose-driven future.
