Speaker - Dr. PRATIK. P. SURANA (PH.D)
In the era, which is full of uncertainty and volatility, the leadership role becomes more challenging , especially when it comes to leading and managing your teams post pandemic effect, amidst great resignation and industry 4.0.
The emotional connect between people, interpersonal relationships and having empathy acts as a must tool for engaging and retaining good talent. An interim CEO who must enter a troubled organization and jettison major pieces of the company requires the cool headedness and facing a team of an aggressive technical specialists. How can the interim CEO engage such aggressiveness yet stay calm?
Leaders with high Emotional Intelligence ( EI) will build real social fabric within an organization, and between an organization and those it serves, whereas those low in EI may tend to create problems for the organization through their individual behaviours.
As Darwin had said, the species who adapt the fastest , least likely to face extinction.
Case studies will be shared to show it is imperative to develop Organization Leaders and People Manager with High Emotional intelligence to enhance talent retention during post-pandemic, Big Resignation, and any on-going disruptive economy.
