Workshop Content

Explain the dimensions of diversity, key concepts of relevant to workplace diversity, and the potential benefits of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Evaluate best practices in diversity and inclusion management by conducting research on industry codes, guidelines, and organizational policies to assess their effectiveness in fostering an inclusive workplace.

Conduct a basic diversity assessment of their workplace and present findings in a report.

Develop a detailed plan for implementing a diversity and inclusion programme.

Create a communication plan for a D&I initiative, specifying the target audience, communication channels, and key messages.

Advise employees on effectively addressing diversity-related challenges by applying supportive strategies, practices, and policies while considering legal and ethical implications.
