Anthony is a pioneer of cybersecurity and governance in Singapore and the Asia Pacific, of nearly 30 years’ experience as a business executive, consultant, instructor, auditor, and advocate.

He is an ISO-27001 Lead Auditor, Singapore Ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible Artificial Intelligence (GCRAI), an AI Governance Professional, ISO-42001 auditor, fellow of technology governance and fintech at Singapore University of Social Sciences and research fellow at think-tank CSCIS.

He has held inaugural senior regional leadership roles for key cybersecurity vendors including iBM, managed major national cybersecurity assessment projects in the region and co-authored a leading international professional certification for cloud security.

Anthony teaches and develops content for universities and professional bodies, has been a long-time well-known speaker at many business, industry, government and academic conferences, workshops, trainings, executive roundtables and media (broadcast, print, internet, local and regional news).
