  • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of career coaching records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
     

  • Apply career development principles to support personalized and adaptive career planning aligned with organizational pathways
     

  • Identify suitable career development options based on emerging industry trends and talent development needs
     

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve career management issues using available support resources
     

  • Assess employee capabilities against job competency requirements using appropriate assessment tools
     

  • Analyse the cost-effectiveness of career coaching programmes aligned with organizational HR performance frameworks
     

  • Communicate the value and tools of career coaching to employees and line managers using data-informed approaches.
