Gen Zs are expected to account for about 30% of the workforce by 2030. In today's competitive corporate landscape, attracting top talent requires innovative strategies.

As organizations strive to attract Gen Z talent, strategic employee attraction has become essential for HR professionals. This generation is characterized by its digital fluency and unique values, presents both opportunities and challenges for employers. Aligning Company values to resonate Gen Z values and building an authentic and visible Employer Brand in social media has become more important as a way to attract Gen Z employees.

This workshop is designed primarily for Human Resources professionals, Recruiters and people managers who are eager to attract Gen Z talent strategically.

Pre-requisites

Prior to attending this course, you should:

  1. Know the basic functions of a computer and how to navigate the internet for information

  2. Be able to read, write, speak and understand Basic English with keen interest to acquire new knowledge and willingness to learn a new skill

  3. Be comfortable working in teams and engage in positive discussion

  4. The following equipment/software is needed – A Laptop or Desktop with Windows OS installed
