Singapore's workforce is aging, and the number of older workers is increasing. By 2030, it is estimated that one in four Singaporeans will be aged 65 and above. Human resource practitioners must be equipped with the skills to manage the retirement and reemployment needs of this aging workforce.
After attending this course, HR Practitioner and learners will appreciate the importance of retaining older workers at the workplace. By offering them reemployment opportunities, organisations can save on recruitment and training costs.
