Workshop Description

Singapore's workforce is aging, and the number of older workers is increasing. By 2030, it is estimated that one in four Singaporeans will be aged 65 and above. Human resource practitioners must be equipped with the skills to manage the retirement and reemployment needs of this aging workforce.

 

After attending this course, HR Practitioner and learners will appreciate the importance of  retaining older workers at the workplace. By offering them reemployment opportunities, organisations can save on recruitment and training costs. On the job scope aspect, there is a need to identify skills gaps and develop training programs to help older workers acquire the necessary skills so as to remain productive.

This course is designed for HR and People Managers, team leaders and professionals to equip them with knowledge and skills to support the Retirement and Reemployment of Mature employees.
