This Project Management Time workshop is part of a series of six project management workshops that equip the learner with the skills and knowledge to manage the project as well as to prepare the individual for the international Project Management Professional Examination.This unit covers determining project deliverables, identifying and resolving project scope issues, as well as reviewing and controlling project scope.

JOHN seah - principal trainer
John Seah is a founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Everest Innovation Pte Ltd. He is also the author of the book entitled "Turning Ideas into GOLD".

He has delivered in major conferences and in-house seminars in a variety of topics including Innovation, Value Creation, Customer Service Excellence, Sales, Management and Leadership. He is also a great coach to hundreds of professionals and a consultant who helped his customers saved millions of dollars.
Prior to his current role, John was the Asia Pacific Products Director for Education Services with Hewlett Packard; John headed a team of professionals who was responsible for the creation and the development of educational products and services. His portfolio included e-Learning, enterprise solutions, classroom training, industry-focused programs and blended learning.
John graduated from the University of Essex with a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence. He is a member of the British Computer Society, a Chartered Engineer with the British Engineering Council and the Chartered President of the IT Management Association Toastmasters Club.

Steven Loo is the Director and Principal Consultant at Stevenson Huréca Pte Ltd. Stevenson Huréca is a Human Resource Capital and Training Consultancy Services company. Steven Loo has more than 20 years past experience as a Sales Leadership and Management Professional in major MNCs such as IBM, AVAYA and Oracle (previously known as Sun Microsystems.
He switched career into Executive Search and Training Consultancy in 2009. Over the last 6 years, he has coached and helped many Sales & Marketing Professional, Project Managers and IT executives find new careers. He has also trained & facilitated workshops in area of Negotiation for Success, Developing skills to Speak Confidently, Communicating to Influence, Stakeholder Engagement and KEPNERandFOURIE™ Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills.
He is a Professional Member of Singapore Human Resource Institute and is a Certified ACTA Trainer. Steven is trained in DISC assessment & profiling. Steven is passionate and focused to help clients achieve the desired Outcomes. He graduated with Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from University of New South Wales (Sydney) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Singapore Institute of Management. He is an active Volunteer Counselor at Singapore Changi Prison.
