The aim of performance management is to align organisational objectives with the skills, performance goals and competencies of employees. It involves creating a workforce that has an understanding of what is to be achieved at the overall organisational level.
Continuous performance management allows managers to see when employees go above-and-beyond. It helps them track progress against goals and personal development and make informed decisions. This promotes a growth mind-set among your team members.
It covers developing team plans, monitoring and rewarding team performance and monitoring the implementation of plans.
