Seeking a new job can be a painstaking process to many. From never ending job search, to redoing and restructuring the resume, writing a target cover letter and creating profiles and waiting and preparing for interviews can be a daunting exercise.
How does one uncover and convey the transferable skills to another industry domain or job domain? How does one identify the hidden job market? With rise of social media and increase in companies' visibility on these platforms, how can one be visible to these recruiters, managers recruiting from these platform?
This is a 2.5-day workshop will address the above concerns where the participants will learn the tools, templates and techniques to improve their resume, job search, personal grooming and interview skills. This workshop aims to empower those who face real life challenges of seeking re-employment. This workshop equips and enable PMET job seekers with the right knowledge, skills and attitudes so as to enhance personal presentation techniques and up skill your employability.

Steven Loo is an International Speaker, a Business Strategist and an Organisation Value Creator. He has more than 20 years of rich Corporate MNC experience as a Country Manager, Regional Business Leader and Sales Management Professional in major MNCs. Over the last 10 years, he has engaged and serviced major clients to create Business Value and Organisation transformation. He is a certified KAH and also manage a Search & Recruitment Service Company.
He has also trained and facilitated workshops to thousands of Senior Leaders, PMET Professionals, Project Managers, and Operations team in the area of Leadership & People Management, Service Excellence, Innovation, Design Thinking, Negotiation, Value Selling, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Business Planning, and creating a culture of High Performance team.
He is a Professional Member of Singapore Human Resources Institute and is a Certified ACTA Trainer. Steven is trained in DISC assessment & profiling. Steven is passionate and focused to help clients achieve the desired Outcomes. He graduated with Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from University of New South Wales (Sydney) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Singapore Institute of Management. He is an active Volunteer Counselor at Singapore Changi Prison.
